Nursing has never been just a career for me\u2014it has been a calling.

For more than 17 years, I have dedicated my professional life to caring for patients, leading healthcare teams, improving quality outcomes, and navigating the complex regulatory environment that healthcare providers face every day. My experience spans direct patient care, nursing leadership, quality improvement, risk management, regulatory compliance, and nursing education, giving me a unique perspective on how healthcare systems operate and where breakdowns in care can occur.

The majority of my career has been spent serving older adults in long-term care and skilled nursing settings, an area of healthcare that demands clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of federal and state regulations. Throughout my leadership roles, I have worked closely with interdisciplinary teams, families, providers, surveyors, and healthcare organizations to improve care delivery while maintaining compliance with ever-changing regulatory standards.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
